Connect to your Protégé System or a growing range of third party systems, via onboard 10/100 Ethernet, RS-485 or RS-232 using the breakout box. These options allow users to access multiple third party systems from the keypad, and obtain vital information from their LAN or the internet. DVR systems with web servers can be easily viewed directly from the keypad via Ethernet connection.

The Protégé Integrated System Controller is the central processing unit responsible for the control of security, access control and automation in the Protégé Integrated Access Control, an advanced technology security product providing seamless and powerful integration.

Protégé® Building Automation
Building on the integrated structure of the Protégé System the Protégé System Management Suite offers the connection of Variable Tags to data values located in Protégé System Controllers. This flexible approach coupled with the Programmable Functions in the Protégé System Controller provides a powerful PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)type structure in every system controller.

• Data variables can be linked to sensor inputs from the Analog modules and then displayed using line intersect calculations.
• Show variable data using seven segment multiple color displays in the graphic floor plans or link the variables to any of the gauges within the library.
